Getting Started with Livoti’s Loyalty

When you sign up for a Livoti’s loyalty account through our app, your loyalty account will be activated in all locations. Learn more below about our points system and how to earn and redeem points at your local Livoti’s!

Start Earning Points

Once your account is activated in all locations, a cashier will enter your phone number on the screen/register at check out. This must be done at every purchase before your payment is processed. We cannot go back and add points once your payment is complete. Ensure that you always receive points for your eligible purchases by remembering to enter your phone number when you check out. Our app will keep a running total of your points through every transaction. No need to worry about us missing a step! Loyalty points are combined throughout all locations, meaning any points you accrue in one location will also be available if you shop at another location.

Our Points System

When creating our loyalty program, we wanted our points system to be as simple as possible. Loyalty program members earn 1 point for every dollar spent at Livoti’s! You can pick how you want to spend your points depending on the level you reach. Our loyalty program does not count towards catering, seafood, or gift card purchases, and points cannot be combined with any other print or text advertising coupons.

250 points = $5 reward (redemption minimum on a single purchase)
500 points = $10 reward
1000 points = $20 reward (redemption maximum on a single purchase can only be used at a minimum of a $100 purchase or more)

Redeeming Your Points

Like our coupons, you can only redeem your points during a purchase of $50 or more. Points must be redeemed in the app to be able to be spent. Whether or not you want to use them or save them & let them grow is up to you! These points are based off an accumulation process, meaning they increase and decrease every transaction. If you save up all your points, they will continue to grow; if you decide to only use a $5 reward your points will only decrease by 250 points. The rest of your points will stay in your account for future use – points never expire! Once you hit more than 1,000 points you will only be allowed to use $20 in a single purchase.

Promotional Points

Promotional points work the same way as our loyalty point system – earn one point for every $1 spent. However, promotional points are different from loyalty points. These are points that are accumulated during a specific time period that a promotion is running. Throughout the year we will run our own promotional programs in which rules will be explained at the start time of the promotion. Once you hit the corresponding promotional points listed to redeem the promotion, a barcode will be printed on your receipt at the time it is earned. All receipts will now be located within the app. If you have any questions about your points, just ask a member of our team!
